  1. Buy an arm toner. These are similar to the abdominal toners you see on TV, but they are designed for flabby arms specifically. This is a good way to give your flabby arms some residual workout without you having to do a thing. Just wrap the device around your arms and let the electrical pulses from the machine stimulate the muscles in your arms.
  2. Take metabolism pills. It will artificially increase your metabolism which will decrease the amount of fat in your body and help you lose flabby arms. Wouldn't it be great to have the metabolism you had when you were 25?
  3. Have surgery on your arms. It is expensive, but if you are tired of seeing your flabby arms the way they are and have tried everything in the book this might be your best and last recourse. Make sure you get a doctor that has performed this surgery before and on numerous patients, so that you can go in on your day of surgery with some sense of confidence.
  4. Stop eating unhealthy for a week or two. Begin to eat only foods that are natural and healthy. Foods like salads, fruits, nuts and any food that is not processed. You will need to drink water instead of sodas and processed drinks. Sodas tend to keep fat and unwanted weight on the body for prolonged periods, so stay away from them, or you won't lose flabby arms. Doing this will help to tone up and get rid of the flabby areas of your body.
