  1. Decide whether you want to drink vinegar or take vinegar supplements. Losing weight with vinegar is as easy as can be. You have to be sure to choose the right vinegar, though. Apple cider vinegar is the vinegar proven to be the most effective when it comes to shedding pounds. For some, the harsh taste can be too much to stand. If you can't handle vinegar, you may want to try the over-the-counter apple cider vinegar supplements, instead. Both are equally effective.
  2. Drink vinegar or take supplements before meals. Take two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar mixed with a bit of purified water or chamomile tea, about half an hour before meals. You can even add a bit of raw honey for flavor. Some people add cinnamon, which is also believed to aid in weight loss.
  3. Drink plenty of water. Drinking water helps flush out your system. Increase water consumption while taking vinegar. 
  4. Good nutrition is essential. Even though vinegar will help lose weight, it is not a miracle worker. You can't eat whatever you want and expect to see the number of the scale drop. Follow a good diet to maximize results. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. Be sure to eat lean meat and fish. Try making salads and use the apple cider vinegar mixed with a bit of olive oil as dressing.
  5. Exercise regularly. We all know the benefits of exercise. If you want to burn even more fat, get up and move! Try dancing to your favorite songs for half an hour a few times a week. This is a fun way to get in shape.
  6. Take supplements. Nutritionists believe that combining apple cider vinegar with kelp, vitamin B6 and lecithin is an even more effective weight loss regimen.
