  • 3/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • one box of fettucine noodles cooked as per package instructions
  • two ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 pound of cooked chicken, cut into small chunks
  1.  In a large frying pan- melt butter over medium to low heat.
  2. Add garlic, cream, and pepper. Bring mixture to a simmer and do not let it boil.
  3. Add parmesan cheese and cream cheese. Simmer until cheeses are melted.
  4. Cook chicken pieces.
  5. Place noodles on serving dish. Pour sauce over fettucine and top with chicken pieces

Tips:

  • Add salt to water to prevent noodles from boiling over.
  • When cooking pasta do not allow water to stop boiling, this will cause pasta to stick together.
  • Drizzle some extra virgin olive oil to frying pan and put heat on medium high to brown pieces, then turn down heat to cook pieces through.
  • Sprinkle some grated parmesan cheese on top of chicken just before serving.
  • If you like some extra body or crunch you can add some broccoli to this dish.
