Some people with a female sex partner often wonder how to make her vagina smell better. All vaginas have their own unique scent, but strong, fishy odors are abnormal and typically the result of poor personal hygiene. While you may be concerned with how to make her vagina smell better for your own selfish reasons, it's actually beneficial for her, as it reduces her chance of potentially dangerous infections. Once you get past the difficult task of telling her that you want her vagina to smell better, the rest of the process is downhill.

Materials needed:

  • Warm water
  • Soap
  • Cotton panties
  1. Plan a trip to the gynecologist. Bad vagina odor can be the result of an infection, so antibiotics may be necessary. Even if an infection isn't the cause of the bad smell, the doctor may have some recommendations for how to make her vagina smell better.

  2. Wash the vagina with warm water and a mild, unscented antibacterial soap. Scrub the outer labia to ensure you remove as much dirt, dead skin and germs as possible. Dry the vagina with a towel after you wash it.

  3. Tell her to wear breathable panties, preferably made of cotton. Synthetic fibers, such as nylon, do not allow the vagina to get adequate air, which can result in a buildup of sweat and germs.

  4. Have her remove the panties while sleeping at night. This will give the vagina adequate time to “air out.” If sleeping pantiless is uncomfortable for her, a good alternative is to wear loose-fitting cotton shorts. This period of fresh air is extremely important if you want to maker her vagina smell better.
