For this version of the Honolulu Cocktail, the following ingredients and items are needed.
- Gin
- Pineapple juice
- Fresh Orange juice
- Lemon juicethe
- Simple syrup
- Agnostura Bitters
- Ice
- Lemon peel for garnish
- Shaker
- Strainer
- Cocktail glass
To properly prepare the Honolulu Cocktail, just follow these simple steps.
- Put a scoop of ice in the shaker
- Add 2 oz Gin, ½ oz pineapple juice, ½ oz fresh orange juice, ¼ oz lemon juice, ¼ oz simple syrup, and small dash of Agnostura Bitters
- Shake the contents in the shaker slowly, to the count of ten.
- Pour into a sugar-rimmed cocktail glass
- Use a lemon rind twist for the garnish

- Gin
- Benedictine herbal liqueur
- Maraschino liqueur

- Add ¾ oz Gin, ¾ oz Benedictine herbal liqueur, and ¾ oz Maraschino liqueur
