Supplies:

  • 2 oz. vodka
  • 1 oz. apricot brandy
  • 1/2 oz. lime juice
  • Crushed ice
  • Cocktail shaker
  • Highball glass
  • Mint sprig

How to Make a Katinka Cocktail

  1. In a cocktail shaker combine the vodka, apricot brandy and lime juice.
  2. Cap the shaker and shake the contents until well mixed.
  3. Fill a cocktail glass with crushed ice.
  4. Pour the contents of the cocktail shaker over the crushed ice.
  5. Add a sprig of mint as a garnish and serve to thirsty guests.
