Figuring out how to make paintball grenades is better than going out and buying some brand name paintball grenade. With a little bit of resourcefulness, and some creativity, you can put together a homemade paintball grenade very easily. Your home made paintball grenades will be very useful on the paintball field. But, before you use them, make sure you're allowed to utilize a home made paintball grenade in your respective paintball tournaments. Some places may not allow you to use your home made paintball grenades. Especially seeing as how these particular paintball grenades will explode much easier than the ones you might purchase from a store. If everything's a go, then you can proceed. Here's how to create a rather effective paintball grenade.

What you need to make paintball grenades:

  • Thin plastic sandwich bags
  • Clear tape
  • Extra paintball pellets
  • A knife
  1. Construction. Well, putting together your home made paintball grenades is very easy. Take one of those flimsy plastic sandwich bags. Use your knife to poke holes in your paintball pellets. Drip the fluids into the bag. You want to fill the bag with as much paintball ink as possible. Now, twist the opening of the bag closed. Apply a little tape on the twisted portion of the baggie. Make sure it holds. Now remember, these things are flimsy. You run the risk of popping them if you manhandle them too much.
  2. Testing your paintball grenade. Well, the easiest way to do this is to go outside and chuck them. Throw them and see just how much pressure they'll need to pop. It shouldn't be much. Once you've tested a few, you should be ok. Now all you have to do is construct a few for the paintball games.
