  •  1 1/2 cups matzo meal
  •  1 1/2 cups matzo farfel
  •  1 1/2 cups sugar
  •  1 cup raisins
  •  1 cup walnuts
  •  1 cup bittersweet chocolate chips
  •  1 teaspoon cinnamon
  •  3 large eggs
  •  2/3 cup vegetable oil
  1. To begin making Passover cookies start by mixing the ingredients and preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Add all the ingredients except the 3 large eggs and vegetable oil to a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly.
  2. In this simple step to make Passover cookies you will complete your cookie dough mixture. Add the 3 large eggs and the 2/3 cup vegetable oil to the mixing bowl. Mix all the ingredients together well in your mixing bowl.
