1. To assemble your homemade penis pump, start by drilling a hole in the bottom of your bottle. Make sure to get as close to the center of the bottle as possible as this is where you will get the best suction. Take care when drilling to not get the hole too big. You want it to be slightly smaller than the nipple end of the pipe fitting so you can screw it into the bottle. (OPTIONAL: You can put an O ring around the nipple to improve the quality of the seal. 2. The next thing you will do is push the tubing through the tube end of the pipe fitting. The seal is better with rigid plastic tubing, but the clear plastic tubing is more flexible. You could even get both kinds and try them out and see which one you prefer. 
   
3. You will want to apply Vaseline or some type of lotion to the top of the bottle before you insert your penis. To create the vacuum, gently suck on the end of the tubing. If you have a good seal, this will pull your penis further into the bottle. Continue to gently suck a little at a time. As you take a breath, hold your tongue over the hole so that you keep the suction on your penis. When you are satisfied, simply remove the tubing from your mouth and remove your penis from the bottle.
