- 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
- 2/3 cup converted rice
- 1 (1.5-ounce) packet meatloaf seasoning
- 3 eggs
- 2 1/4 cups frozen chopped onions
- 1 (26-ounce) jar pasta sauce
- 2 (14.5-ounce) cans diced tomatoes with green peppers, celery and onion

- A large cooking fork
- Preheat the oven to bake the stuffed cabbage. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
- Blanch the cabbage for the stuffed cabbage.. Boil a large pot of water. Take a cooking fork and stick it in the head of the cabbage into the bottom of the cabbage.
