- Sew your spandex together. Make sure that you leave an approximately 2 inch holes on one side of the spandex. Adjust the length of the spandex to length of the back of your forearm. You want to keep the pressure firm, but not too tight that it will choke the blood supply.
- After you are sure of the tightness, then insert the air pouch. The goal of the pouch in making a tennis elbow splint is to put pressure on a specific area. Of course you can substitute other products as well, as long as you keep the pressure on that area of pain.
