How To Make A Wine Cork Wreath

To make a wine cork wreath, you will need:

• 22 wine corks
• Green floral wire
• Drill
• Large bow (optional)

Steps

1. Drill small holes in the top and the bottom of each of the wine corks. The hole should be very small, just large enough to be able to fit a piece of wire through it. The hole on the top should be one-quarter inch from the top. The bottom hole should be about one-quarter inch from the bottom.
2. String the wine corks, the bottom holes only, along green floral wire. Leave several inches of wire on both sides so that you can tie it later.
3. Place another piece of green floral wire through the top holes in the wine corks. Also leave several inches of wire on both sides of this green floral wire.
4. Hold the ends of the wire and twist it into a wreath shape. Once you do that, tie the ends of the wire together. If you would like to cover the wires that are tied together, place a large bow over that part of the wire.

Tips: The drilled holes must match up both on the top and bottom of the wine corks.
