If you love wrestling, learn how to make a wrestling belt. Wrestling belts are quite cool and they could be customized to fit the likes and tastes of the owner. Find out how creative you are by making your own wrestling belt. You could make yours from extreme to simply made. All you have to do is follow these simple steps:

Things you will need:

  • Large piece of Leather
  • Carving device (strong enough to cut leather)
  • Metal plate

Steps

  1. Begin engraving your large piece of leather. You would need to engrave the piece of leather into the shape you would want your wrestling belt to be. You should engrave the leather very slowly to avoid any mistakes. You should not cut any lengths off of the belt until you have tested it over your waist. Once you get an idea of how wide you want the belt to be, then carve the wrestling belt down to that size.
  2. Insert your metal plate(s) on to the wrestling belt. Whatever design you get to place on your wrestling belt, it should be made of metal. Metal could easily puncture leather and stay in place. Do not try to use anything other than metal or it would not last long on the belt. It is best to bolt the metal down on the wrestling belt for it to stay in place. All metal is recommended to be placed on the center of the wrestling belt.
  3. Engrave holes on the left edge of the belt. You could engrave about three holes on your newly made wrestling belt on the left side of the belt. The holes should be evenly distributed from 3-4 inches apart. This will give your newly made wrestling belt the image of a perfect wrestling belt.
