  3. Name your restaurant. Decide on a catchy name for your pizza place. The name is key. You want something fun and easy to remember.
  4. Plan the menu. Now comes the fun! Plan a menu with all your favorite pizzas and side dishes. Consider if you want to offer dessert or other entrees in addition to pizza.
  5. Equip the pizza restaurant. You are going to need to purchase all the proper equipment for your restaurant. You will need ovens, tables, chair, and utensils. Be sure to start with the basics. You can always add more later.
  6. Hire the staff. You will need an experienced cook and wait staff. Interview all potential employees personally. It is your restaurant and no matter how good the food is, if the service is bad, the business won't succeed.
