How To Orgasm During Intercourse

Many people have trouble reaching an orgasm when having sex, so here are a few tips on how to orgasm during intercourse. The sexual position and contact with the partner are all especially important in enabling women to reach orgasm during intercourse.  The following positions give both partners great contact and a chance to explore those sensitive spots that help to make a great orgasm.

  1. Woman on top. This is by far the best position for a woman to reach orgasm. She is in complete control of her movements and it allows her to get clitoral contact or G spot stimulation. There are many ways to get contact with her clitoris either on the penile shaft, against his pubic area, or G spot pressure by leaning back. In this position she can also use her PC muscles to squeeze her partner’s penis, giving him great pleasure. This may also stimulate her G spot and she may even squirt fluid out during orgasm from the glands around her urethra. Being on top also allows the man to fondle his partner’s breasts which can give her even more stimulation. If she is turned with her back away from her partner, he will also have the pleasure of watching the movements of her buttocks; however, this position causes the man’s penis to bend which may be uncomfortable.
  2. Missionary style. With the man on top and the woman on her back, great intimacy can be reached. The partners can caress each other, kiss each other, and the man can thrust deep into the vagina. If the man’s penis curves upward, it will reach her G spot in this position. For added excitement, a small vibrator can be placed between the couple or the man can use his hand for added clitoral stimulation. A variation would be for the man to do a few short thrusts and then a deep one.  The short thrusts should hit the G spot. He could also move his hips in a circular movement called “churning the butter” which can drive her crazy!
  3. Sitting on a table (or whatever) with legs apart. If the woman places her buttocks on a surface with her legs spread at just the right height for her partner to stand in front of her and enter her vagina, this can be very pleasurable for both partners. This position allows the partners to hold each other and kiss. It also gives him the ability to control the thrusts of his penis enabling him to hit the G spot. He can also touch her clitoris and give her some added stimulation. Having sex in a different position and in a room other than the bedroom, can enhance sex.
  4. The spoons position. In this position, the woman curves the back of her body against the front of her partner and he enters her from the rear. If she lifts her upper leg while he is entering her, it will provide pleasure for both partners. In this position the man can caress her breasts, kiss her back and neck area, and either one of them can massage her clitoris. Men can often last longer before orgasm in this position because there is less pressure on his penis. The couple may even experience simultaneous orgasm.
  5. Doggy style.  Men seem to love to enter the woman from the rear when she is up on her knees because they reach an orgasm really fast. Women like it too because the man can go deep inside her, she can move her body freely, she can massage her clitoris (or he can reach around and help her), he can caress her breasts, and he can grab her hips and thrust into her hitting her G spot. This position seems to bring out the primitive instincts in both partners!
