Foam pits are the highlight for newbie’s to learn the feel of the bike as they practice tricks and latest moves. The instruction below describe some of the practice activities you can do at an indoor facility.

What you will need to practice BMX  tricks indoors:

  • BMX bike
  • BMX gear
  • Indoor BMX facility
  1. Put on your gear, all of your gear. Although the ramps are a relatively soft fall, they still hurt. Begin by wheeling around and getting a feel for the place. When comfortable, try some of these on for size.
  2. Practice wheelies and nose stands. Use the ramps to work on your jumps and spins. Work the half pipe for roundsies and air tricks or simply ride up and over and back.
  3. You can also work on wall taps and rides. Work the indoor facility to your advantage. If there is a foam pit, for sure run this. You can work kick flips, superman’s and other difficult maneuvers with little concern.

This kind of  facility is a playground to practice BMX tricks indoors. It offers a multitude of things to practice and offers a safer environment to do it in.
