Need to know how to prevent ejaculation? If you think you're alone in wanting to prevent premature ejaculation, you're definitely coming to a premature conclusion! Mother Nature has decided that most men will ejaculate somewhere between two and six minutes after getting into bed. Think about it: faster ejaculation means better odds of reproducing. In the primordial wilderness, those dudes who lasted hours upon hours were without offspring. So thank your ancestors for being able to get the job done as fast as possible! But, if you're still wondering how to prevent premature ejaculation, follow these steps and you'll be the master of your own load in no time.

  1. Close your eyes and take deep breaths. If you feel like you're about to ejaculate prematurely, take a tip from the Buddhist monks and focus on your breathing. You don't need to reach a state of zen, but simply closing your eyes and taking in deep breaths rather than focusing purely on physical sex will help you to prevent ejaculation.
  2. Do it yourself before you do it with a woman. Masturbating before you have sex will reduce the sensitivity of your member and thus prevent premature ejaculation. Next time you know your going to get some, make a quick trip to the bathroom to do your deed. But don't put too much effort into your autoeroticism, otherwise you wont just prevent ejaculating prematurely, you'll prevent ejaculating at all!
  3. Pull on your testicles. Next time you feel like you're going to ejaculate too early, reach down and lightly pull on your boys. As you reach climax, the testicles tend to rise closer to body. Lightly pulling on them will prevent ejaculation and keep you in the winner's seat for longer!

Try these tips next time you're with a woman and want to prevent premature ejaculation. Just because the tendency to ejaculate two minutes after starting has been bred into us doesn't mean we have to stand for it!
