Despite all those infomercials where you spend $100’s on the miracle sperm making pills, stopping at your local Walgreens, CVS or herbal store and picking up fish oil supplements, zinc or B-12 have been known to be helpful.
- Eat healthy. Eating the right food can help produce more sperm. Cutting out junk food and sticking to a diet that includes all the levels of the food pyramid can do wonders. They say that maintaining a good diet will make your hair thicker and your skin clearer. Your sperm will also be sure to benefit.
