Learning how to prolong an orgasm may take a few tries before getting it just right. Such an intense and tantalizing experience is hard to control and the fact that you have orgasms is impressive, when so many men haven’t mastered the technique of giving a woman an orgasm. She may be too afraid or embarrassed to tell him what he needs to do for her to reach her climax.

  1. What stimulates a woman to the point of having an orgasm? For women, the clitoris is very sensitive and the slightest touch with a finger or a tongue will have her squirming around and orgasm is inevitable. Allow him to stimulate your clitoris to get you hot and bothered but if you want to prolong your orgasm don’t let him spend too much time there, as you know what will happen.

  2. Men can and will ejaculate just from having intercourse. If you are having wild sex and you know she is not ready for it to end and neither are you, you should pleasure her in a different way until your adrenaline slows down a bit. Where you are no longer at your peak of having an orgasm. Oral sex is a great way to continue satisfying her and bring her closer to having an orgasm.

  3. Women don’t mind a little teasing when they are having explosive sex. When it’s really good they don’t want it to end so when you are in the middle of great sex, but you feel those juices building, pull-out. Before she gets that bewildered look on her face start using your fingers to arouse her and kiss her passionately. I’m sure you won't hear any complaints from her. She'll know you are trying to prolong orgasm.

  4. Change positions to delay orgasm. Certain sexual positions will make an orgasm happen faster, but only you know what those positions are. Penetration may not be as deep as it would be in a particular position, for example, when the woman is on her back and legs are over the man’s shoulder, penetration will be deeper in this position, increasing the chance of having an orgasm.

  5. Change the rhythm of your movement to avoid orgasm. If you know thrusting fast during sex will make you orgasm quicker, then change the tempo and stroke it slow or vice versa. There is nothing wrong with going fast then slow, keep it exciting.

Find ways to relax before sex and try not to be too anxious, tired or stressed out about other things. Focus on the intimacy and how you are enjoying it. Only then you will be able to control your orgasms better and prolong it until you are both ready to release it.
