How To Put On MMA Rash Guards

Rash guards are excellent training gear for the serious MMA fighter but learning how to put on MMA rash guards may be a challenge. Rash guards are built to be absorbent and move moisture quickly away from the fighter. Rash guards should be breathable and made from a light fabric. They are, however, formfitting and can be difficult to put on or take off. There are two types of rash guards to learn how to put on: shorts and shirts. Since short rash guards are straightforward, this article will look at the more complicated shirt rash guard. Serious MMA trainers will want to consider a rash guard. The steps below is the process of how put on a rash guard with the least amount of resistance.

Things you'll need to put on a rash guard:

  • Rash guard
  • Talc (optional)
  1. When putting on a rash guard, you can employ the use of talc. However, this method is not necessary. Make sure your chest is dry. With both hands, wad the rash guard up to the neck opening. Place it over your head.
  2. Take either your left or right arm through the proper sleeve. Then place the other arm in the other sleeve. Pull the rash guard over your torso. You will need to do some on body adjustments, such as straightening the rash guard out.

Tips:

  • Put your rash guard on with your skin dry. Putting it on after you have already sweated or fresh from the shower is a major pain.
