Things you'll need to put on a rash guard:
- Rash guard
- Talc (optional)
- When putting on a rash guard, you can employ the use of talc. However, this method is not necessary. Make sure your chest is dry. With both hands, wad the rash guard up to the neck opening. Place it over your head.
- Take either your left or right arm through the proper sleeve. Then place the other arm in the other sleeve. Pull the rash guard over your torso. You will need to do some on body adjustments, such as straightening the rash guard out.
- Put your rash guard on with your skin dry. Putting it on after you have already sweated or fresh from the shower is a major pain.
