An iPhone can save many memorable moments as long as you know how to record videos on the iPhone. Knowing how to record videos on the iPhone means you are ready to capture any event at any time with the simple push of a button. Before you start learning how to record videos on the iPhone you will need to make sure you have the following items.

  • iPhone 3GS
  • Finger

Once you have these items it is time to start learning how to record videos on the iPhone.

  1. Locate the video record application. The first step in learning how to record videos on the iPhone is locating the video recording app. This app comes standard on the iPhone 3GS so you do not have to worry about downloading it. The app is marked with a picture that resembles the outline of an old video recorder. It looks like a black square with a sideways triangle on the side. Click on the app to open it once you have located it.
  2. Aim your iPhone at what you want to record. The next step in learning how to record videos on the iPhone is to aim your iPhone at whatever it is that you want to record. When the app is opened, the screen will display whatever your iPhone is pointing at, so you can easily tell if you have what you want to record in frame.
  3. Start recording. Once you are ready to start recording, press the red button at the bottom of the screen. This will start the recording. You can continue to move your iPhone around as it is recording.
  4. Stop recording. Once you have finished recording, press the red button again to stop recording. Now that video you just recorded will be saved to your iPhone. You now know how to record videos on the iPhone.
