How To Retract Foreskin
Most uncircumcised boys are never told about the need to know how to retract foreskin. The foreskin is the skin that covers the glands of the penis in its natural state. If an uncircumcised male doesn't retract his foreskin to clean the glands of his penis, smegma will collect underneath it and the glands can become irritated. Retracting the foreskin of your penis is very simple, find out how below.
You will need:
- Olive or avocado oil.
- Patience.
- Do this when you are bathing. The combination of the soap and water will make it easier, take your time and be gentle. Hold your penis between the pointing finger and thumb of both hands. Pull the foreskin back towards your pubic bone as far as you can, use one pointing finger and thumb to pull the foreskin back and over the glands of your penis. If the glands of the penis seems like it is stuck once you get it out of the foreskin, don't panic, you will be able to get the foreskin back over it with some work.
- Loosening the foreskin. Retract your foreskin three or four times a day even if it is uncomfortable, you will get used to it quickly. The more you retract your foreskin the quicker it will become loose. Your foreskin will also grow as your body grows.
- If you are having difficulty. Use olive or avocado oil to liberally lubricate your foreskin and glands before trying to retract the foreskin. Never use petroleum jelly or perfumed oils to lubricate your foreskin as they might cause irritation.
Tip: Your penis must be and remain flaccid while learning how to retract the foreskin. If you start to get an erection while attempting to retract your foreskin, stop. If you can only retract your foreskin over the top of the glands that will be fine to begin with.
