3. Trim your pubes around your testicles with a pair of scissors. Cut your pubes on your balls to about a quarter inch. This will make it easier to shave your testicles. Try to use a pair of professional, and sharp barber scissors, to avoid accidentally hurting yourself.
4. Pull back your ball sack while you shave your scrotum. Use an electric shaver, and just go for it. It will take some practice to get all of the hair. Be patient at first, and don't rush the shave. You should repeat the process every three days to maintain a slippery scrotum.
