  5. Coaching from the beginning is the foundation for passing the football while a quarterback is either executing the play or keeping the play alive like running and passing at the same time through proper technique.

 Passing the football while running needs a balance of all these elements above, but requires adequate practice in repetitions, whether in training camp or on your own in drills.
