How To Shoot A Paintball Gun Fast
By keeping some basic guidelines in mind, you can learn about how to shoot a paintball gun fast. Being able to quickly and successfully shoot off a round of paintball gun ammunition is essential in achieving optimal results in the game of paintball. Be sure to follow the tips described below for the best results.
- Place a rubber band around your index and middle finger. Use the muscles in your fingers and hand to pull the two fingers apart as rapidly as possible. Once this has become too easy, wrap a second band around the same two fingers in order to increase tension.
- Place your hand down flat on a hard surface. Using one finger at a time (and with the rubber band still wrapped around your index and middle finger), lift a finger up towards the sky. For best results, hold the finger raised in the air for at least thirty seconds. Rest, and complete another five sets of the exercise, at least.
- With the rubber band still around the two fingers, use one of the fingers of the other hand to pull the band away from the hand so that the band is pressed directly to the fingers on the palm side of the hand. Carefully flex each finger, pulling against the resistance created by the other hand. As in step two, hold this position for at least thirty seconds, and repeat with the other finger. Do at least five repetitions of this exercise for best results.
- Practice with the paintball gun. Now that you have strengthened your fingers, you should be able to quickly shoot off paintball rounds faster than ever before.
