How To Smoke Cigar
Unlike cigarettes, cigars are complex and you have to know how to smoke a cigar to really enjoy it. Cigars have more to offer in both aroma and flavor than cigarettes and because of this, learning to fully enjoy them takes a little bit of practice. A good cigar is like a fine wine. It must be cherished and used very slowly. Learn how to smoke a cigar and you will immediately enjoy them more than you ever did before. It will be easier to distinguish between quality cigars and poorly made ones after you understand how to smoke them.
To smoke a cigar you need:
- A cigar
- A lighter
- An hour
- Smoke your cigar slowly to get the most out of it. Make sure not to draw too often because the cigar will heat up too much and the flavor will be ruined. Normal sized cigars should take around a half hour to smoke and the larger cigars should take closer to an hour. Take your time and enjoy it.
- Never inhale the smoke from your cigar. Cigars have a high amount of nicotine and inhaling it won’t be pleasant. Instead of inhaling like you would a cigarette, simply let the smoke sit inside your mouth for a few moments and then blow it out. This is the best way to enjoy all of the complex flavors that cigars have to offer.
- Always make sure you have enough time to slowly enjoy your cigar. Smoke your cigar until it begins to get too hot and leaves a nasty aftertaste in your mouth. Normally it will reach that point in the last two inches of the cigar. When you have finally made it to the end of your cigar, simply leave it in an ashtray until it burns out and cools.
- Throw the cigar away shortly after it burns out to avoid spreading an unpleasant odor around your home.
