Simply learning how to stimulate a clitoris often significantly improves a dull sex life. If your sex life has been missing something lately, perhaps you need to discover new ways of stimulating your female partner’s most erogenous spot—the clitoris. Containing more nerve endings than any other body part, stimulation of the clitoris often results in orgasms and even female ejaculation.

  1. Oral sex. Use your tongue, teeth and lips to tease and stimulate the clitoris. Rub your tongue against the nub of nerves either slowly or in rapid flicks. Suck on the clitoris using both your tongue and lips. Nibble gently on the nub or slowly rake your teeth across to provide stimulation. These methods may not result in orgasms or ejaculation immediately or every time, but often help a woman to become wet enough for sexual intercourse.
  2. Mutual masturbation. Rub your fingers or thumb against the clitoris to arouse or cause orgasm. Rapid flick or slow pressure against the clitoris will both cause stimulation. Pay attention to which of these provokes the most response from your partner.
  3. Sex toys. Special sex toys are available with the sole intentions on stimulating the clitoris, though you can use any vibrator or dildo to the same effect. Press and rub a dildo against the clitoris or rub a running vibrator against the tiny erogenous zone to induce orgasm, ejaculation or to simply cause the vagina to naturally lubricate.
  4. Special lubricants. Lubricants manufactured to produce special sensations on or in the genitals may be used alone or in combination with other stimulation methods. These special sensations may cause the clitoris to feel hot or tingle as a method of stimulation.
