How To Travel With Suits
Need to know how to travel with suits? Traveling with suits is not necessarily a tough job to do. However, if you don't know how to do so correctly and effectively and you don't want to take the time to do so, you're going to have some trouble. With a little patience and extra time, traveling with suits is a very easy task!
Things you'll need:
- Suit-only suitcase
- Dedicate a suitcase solely for your suits. You probably have an extra suitcase somewhere. Using a suitcase just for packing your suits is a good way to make sure they are still in their best shape--without wrinkles--when you need them. Find a suitcase that you'll use only for your suits and move to the next step.
- Pack your suits. In order to pack your suits into a suitcase, you'll need to fold your suits. There are many ways to fold a suit. However, everyone has a unique way of folding clothes. Since suits are used for events, like marriages or important meetings, it is important that you fold your suits so that there are as few wrinkles and fold marks as possible. Fold your suit how you think would be the best way to fold it.
- Don't wear the suits until you need them. If you're traveling for a business trip, don't dress up in your suit yet until the day of your meeting. Wearing the suit in the car or on the airplane can cause unwanted wrinkles. Instead, wear some casual clothes for the actual traveling phase of your trip. Once your meeting comes up, put on your suit.
