In addition, the iPhone 3G allows users to watch videos, check email and surf the web while still functioning as a mobile device. This may all be nice if you know how to use an iPhone 3G, but if you don't, there is still time for you to learn. Here are a few steps that will make it easy for you to learn how to use an iPhone 3G.
Things you'll need:
- AT&T wireless phone plan
- iTunes 7.7 (at least)
- Call people. To make a call, click on the phone icon with a green box. Check to make sure your phone has a signal that will allow you to make a phone call. You can determine the strength of the signal by looking at the amount of bars present. The lower your signal, the longer it may take to make your call. Press your keyboard and type in the number you wish to call and press "Call."
- Activate your email and internet. You can easily start receiving emails and begin surfing the web once you enable these features. To do this, go to Settings and click "General," then "Network" and lastly, click "Data Roaming" and this will turn on these features.
- Charge your iPhone 3G and iTunes. You can easily charge your phone by connecting it into the USB port in your computer. Doing this will also give you access to iTunes. ITunes will allow you to access and manage your music.
- Sending texts. Click the "Plus" sign and choose the number you wish to send the text. Once you have written the text, click "Send." You can also send texts to individuals who are not on your contact list. To do this, click the pen and type in the phone number, your text message and select "Send."
Using an iPhone 3D is actually much easier to use than people think and these steps make it seem like a piece of cake.
