How To Use A Nike Imara Run Watch

Looking for directions on how to use the Nike Imara Run watch? The Nike Imara Run watch is available for both men and women. The Nike Imara Run watch comes with a built in chronograph that can track your training times.

  1. Starting A Run. When you are ready to begin running, you will need to be in CHRON mode. You can enter CHRON mode by pressing the bottom left button on your Nike Imara Run watch until CHRON is displayed on the watch screen. To instruct your Nike Imara Run watch to begin timing your running, press the upper right button. You will need to press the upper right button on your Nike Imara Run watch every time you begin a new lap.
  2. Stopping A Run. Once you have completed your running, press the bottom right button on your Nike Imara Run watch to stop the timer on your Nike Imara Run watch from running. You can view your total time and lap time by pressing the upper left button on your Nike Imara Run watch.
  3. Clearing And Saving Data. To clear or save the data on your Nike Imara Run watch, you will need to enter DATA mode. You can enter DATA mode by pressing the bottom left button on your Nike Imara Run watch until DATA is displayed on your watch screen. If you do not want to save your running data, press and hold the top left button on your Nike Imara Run watch for four seconds. To save your running data, press and hold the bottom right button on your Nike Imara Run watch for four seconds.

  • Your Nike Imara Run watch is capable of storing data for a total of 43 laps. You can review your data at any time by entering DATA mode.
