There are several available in drug stores and on the Internet that contains the active ingredient, Carbamide Peroxide dentists use on their patients to whiten their teeth. Carefully follow the instructions on the box and you will see a difference in the appearance of your teeth.

Tip: For healthy teeth, eat foods with calcium. Nonfat yogurt, beans, spinach, mustard greens, and almonds contains high calcium and promote strong teeth.
