Ipod Touch Tricks
If you own an iPod touch and wish to learn how to use it better, you should know some iPod touch tricks. These are often neglected to be mentioned by the instruction manual, and even if they are, most people don't bother reading them.
- One of the iPod touch tricks is the ability to take a screenshot of whatever is on the screen. To do this, you need to hold down the home button and the sleep button simultaneously for a second or two. The screen will flash white and you will hear a snapshot sound, which is when you can be sure that the screenshot was saved to your library. Note that the screenshot is separate from taking a normal picture through the iPod touch camera.
- Another cool iPod touch trick is the ability to save a picture from its inbuilt browser, Safari. To do this, you need to click and hold the picture. A menu should open, under which you should select the option that asks you whether to save the picture or not. The image will be saved in Photos, then Saved Photos. This is especially handy if you wish to change your wallpaper and are too lazy to download an image on your computer and sync it to your iPod touch.
- Another great feature of the iPod touch is the ability to multitask. When you are using an app while listening to music, it is possible to change the song or stop the music without having to exit your currently running app. To do this, simply double click the home button, and a mini music menu will pop up, allowing you to change the song.
