Are you looking for the best Kid Cudi album song list? Look no further than his very first studio albums: “Man On The Moon: The End Of Day,” released in 2009; and “Man On The Moon II: The Legend Of Mr. Rager,” released in 2010.

Kid Cudi is the stage name of Scott Ramon Seguro Mescudi, an American rapper and alternative hip hop artist. The up-and-coming musician has worked with several other famous folks including Kanye West, David Guetta, and Common, the artist formerly known as Common Sense. Here are the five most popular Kid Cudi album songs today--five great ones, and counting.

  1. “Day ‘N’ Nite.” “Day ‘N’ Nite,” or “Day ‘N’ Nite (Nightmare),” is a hit song from Kid Cudi’s debut album. Nominated for awards left and right, this song is his first official single from his first official album. Someone actually leaked this song to fans on the Internet, as a free music download. It appeared on several blogs before its official release as a single. Accident or not, the leak was great marketing for Kid Cudi!
  2. “Make Her Say.” “Make Her Say” is another song from Kid Cudi’s debut album. First called “I Poke Her Face,” the title had to be cleaned up for radio airplay. Fans can hear Kanye West, Common, and A-Trak on this song. It also contains a sample from Lady Gaga’s “Poker Face,” partly to blame for inspiration. Listen closely, and you’ll hear references to the Jamie Foxx and T-Pain song, “Blame It.”
  3. “Pursuit Of Happiness.” “Pursuit Of Happiness,” or “Pursuit Of Happiness: Nightmare,” is another track from the “Man On The Moon” album, the debut that gave Kid Cudi three hits right off the bat. This song features vocals by MGMT, a neo-psychedelic band. Fans and critics alike call “Pursuit of Happiness” one of Kid Cudi’s best songs to date. Have you seen the very trippy music video? It suits the song’s lyrics and tone.
  4. “Erase Me.” “Erase Me” is a Kid Cudi album song from his second album, “Man On The Moon II.” The catchy tune is a decent crossover song that reaches out to his more mainstream fans. Like other Kid Cudi singles, “Erase Me” features a guest performance by Kanye West. The music video is fun, too. Kid Cudi makes an appearance as a long-haired, head-banded Jimi Hendrix.
  5. “REVOFEV.” Our list ends with “REVOFEV,” short for “Revolution Of Evolution,” the first promotional single from Kid Cudi’s second album. Wonder what “REVOFEV” really means? Some say the song explores the singer's own life, including his struggle with cocaine addiction. But it definitely applies to the evolution of his music--Kid Cudi likes to mesh rap music with alternative sounds to create his brand of music.
