Lady Gaga Albums

There aren't many Lady Gaga albums—in fact, there are only two full-length CDs to day. However, with how popular she is, Lady Gaga has had many big hits from this limited catelogue. Whether you like her or not, Lady Gaga is clearly the biggest star in the world.

  1. "The Fame" -- 2008's "The Fame" album features many of Lady Gaga's breakthrough songs. For instance, "Poker Face" is on this album. The song takes a card playing skill, and transfers the term to sexual politices. Then there's "Paparazzi," which ironically deals with photographer issues before Lady Gaga was truly famous and facing off agains the paparazzi herself. These days, though, Lady Gaga is a dream subject for the paparazzi. After all, how many artists do you get to photograph coming out of an egg? Sure, she dresses to shock. But isn't that what fans really want? They want Lady Gaga to be their freak icon, and she more tha lives up to the title.
  2. "The Fame Monster" -- "The Fame Monster" extended Lady Gaga's popularity with even more hits on an EP. There was "Bad Romance," which took pulp romance novels and turned them into a song. Much like dating Taylor Swift, having a romance with Lady Gaga might be a bad one. After all, you might end up in one of her songs. She may even dress up an image of you in one of her videos. You do not want to be one of Lady Gaga's song/video victims, that's for sure. "Alejandro" took a beautiful first name, and turned that into a song. Then there was "Telephone," which also featured another diva on vocals, Beyoncé.
  3. "Born This Way" -- "Born This Way" is only Lady Gaga's second official album. It got off to a great start with the title track, which speaks out about sexual rights. Certainly, when Lady Gaga sings about being 'born this way,' she's not speaking of her childhood fashion sense. Picture, if you will, a strange looking Lady Gaga going to your high school. It's one thing to dress that way as a pop star. It's quite another thing to face cruel teens that way. The second single, "Judas," name-drops a much-hated Biblical character and was released Easter week. Lady Gaga sings about being in love with Judas in the song "Judas." What do you think Mel Gibson's "Passion of the Christ" would have looked like, had the dolled up Lady Gaga starred in it? Crazy, eh"
  4. "The Remix" -- "The Remix" is a compilation album with seventeen tracks. If you can't get enough "Bad Romance" and "Poker Face," there are a couple new mixes of those hits. You can dance to it until you dance your Gaga off. The cool thing about Lady Gaga music is that, even if you don't care for her sexual rights or Bible character songs, you can still dance to her music. All her songs have great grooves, which gives them an alternate level to appreciate them.
