  • Technique
  1. Grab a hold to your opponents underarms using both hands. Pick him up and drive him towards you, allowing his legs to swing across your waste area. This wrestling position may seem awkward at first, but once you learn to do it fast, you will get used to it.
  2. Once secure, drive his head in your armpit while maintaining him in the air with your other arm. This part of the facebuster wrestling move requires diligence, because if you perform this part incorrectly he may just slip right through your arms and land on his feet. Secure the position by underhooking your free arm with his arm.
  3. Lift him in the air once more and spin him to the ground on to his face using all of your force. You will know if you have did the wrestling move correctly if you are on the ground with him when he falls, he lands on his face.
  4. Finish off the facebuster by showing him who's the boss. Since it is a finishing move, you can either keep wrestling or pin your opponent. If you see that he is out of breath from this death move, turn him over to his back and pin him.
