Interested in learning the body language of women? You don't need to be an expert to learn a bit about the body language of women. A few tips can go a long way in knowing whether a woman is into you or not. Read on for tips on the body language of women that will help you to better understand the opposite sex.

  1. Look for eye contact. When it comes to body language, eye contact is everything and the more the better. If you look her directly into the eyes, does she return the gaze or look away? If she looks back at you directly, that's an excellent sign that she's interested in you. This is a great test, as someone who isn't interested in you will likely avert their gaze.
  2. Check out what she does with her hair. A woman who is interested in you will likely touch her hair a lot, playing with it or flipping it with her hand or hands. This is a known mating signal that translates into flirting by playing with her own hair. If she seems to be twirling or fluffing her hair, chances are she's into you.
  3. Pay attention to body alignment. When a woman likes the man she's talking to, she will likely align her body to his. So, she will square her shoulders up to match his, as opposed to turning her body away from him. People who like each other imitate each others body language, although much of the time they are not aware they are doing this.
  4. Check for leaning. If a woman is attracted to you, she will lean towards you when the two of you are talking. If she's smiling and leaning towards you, that's an excellent chance she likes what she sees. Alternately, if she's leaning away from you, you need to back off as she's not comfortable.

As far as the body language of women goes, some very good signs are a lot of direct eye contact, playing with her hair, and aligning her body with yours when you are with her. If she's leaning towards you, that's a great indicator that she really likes you. The more you know about women's body language, the better you will be at determining which ones are into you and which ones aren't.
