There are lots and lots of liberals, and therefore lots and lots of liberal blogs. People who love to write about politics often have a lot to say, so it's no wonder the internet is full of content by these folks. Below are some of the best liberal blogs.

- "Counterpunch". "Los Angeles Times" and "The Nation" columnist Alexander Cockburn joins investigative journalist Jeffrey St. Clair as co-editor of an incredible "muckraking" journal. The term "Muckraking" refers to investigative journalism for the purpose of holding powerful government and private interests accountable for misdeeds. Many liberal writers contribute stories, investigative journalism and commentary to the blog. They don't call it a blog, but it sure looks like a blog and quacks like a blog.
