Low Blood Pressure Ranges

If you're concerned about your health, learn about low blood pressure ranges. Some may feel you should only be concerned if you have high blood pressure, but low blood pressure can pose some serious health risk as well. There are steps you need to take when your blood pressure is too high. Well there also steps that needs to be taken when your pressure is too low.

Low blood pressure ranges. If your blood pressure is between the range of 40 and 60 this is considered low blood pressure. Decisions need to be made to raise your blood pressure. Anything lower than the range listed may land you in the hospital.

Normal blood pressure ranges. Healthy blood pressure ranges between 60 and 80. If your blood pressure is outside of this pressure range it maybe considered too high or too low.

What are some symptoms of low blood pressure? When your blood pressure is to low you may experience dizzy spells, fainting episodes, nausea, weakness or even worst. If you are experiencing any or all of these symptoms low blood pressure may be the culprit. You will need to get your pressure checked right away.  

What problems does low blood pressure cause. If your blood is flowing to slow it will cause your pressure to be too low. Which could mean that vital organs like the liver, kidney, heart and brain or not getting adequate enough nutrients to maintain your bodies important organs.

How do you sustain an adequate blood pressure or bring your pressure back up? Eating a healthy diet, filled with fruits and vegetables is a start. Staying in shape by taking brisk walks at least three times a day will help to keep your pressure at a normal range. If you continue to have problems with low blood pressure it may be necessary to take medicine to get your blood pressure at a steady and normal range.

Here is one thing to keep in mind. Your pressure can fluctuate for different reasons stress, illness or something you ate. Don’t freak-out about your low pressure before having it checked.
