Make A Peace Sign On Facebook

If you have ever seen a peace sign on other peoples Facebook status or comments you have probaly wondered how to make a peace sign on Facebook. Many people use things like the peace sign or a heart or smiley faces, called emoticons, to convey emotion or a message. The most common is the heart, simply created with the “less than symbol” < and the 3 to look like <3. Making the peace sign isn't quite as easy, because there is no set key combinations that turn into the peace symbol on Facebook.

1. Enter the keyword “Facebook symbols” in your favorite search engine. This will load the search results for several websites that offer a list of symbols to for use on Facebook.

2. Find a site that has the peace sign for Facebook that you wish to duplicate. There may be a few to choose from.

3. Using your mouse highlight the peace sign you wish to make on Facebook.

4. Copy the highlighted peace sign by pressing “Ctrl+C” at the same time You can also copy by pressing your right mouse button and selecting copy.

5. Open up you Facebook page and start your comment or status update. Pasted the peace sign into your message by pressing “Ctrl+V” or pressing the right mouse button and selecting paste.

6. For easier access in the future you can copy and paste the peace sign and other symbols into a word document and save it on to your computer. This way you will not have to search for the symbol the next time you want to make a peace sign on Facebook.
