These male puppy names are excellent choices for those having a difficult time naming their new pet. Choosing a male puppy name will depend on the breed of dog you have and your own personal preference. Male puppy names should also be simple so it can be easily be recognized and picked up by your puppy.

  1. Abir. This rather unique male puppy name is of Arabic and Hebrew origin. In Arabic, Abir means “fragrant one.” In Hebrew, the name means “strong.” Abir can be the perfect name for breeds such as the elegant Borzoi or the graceful Afghan Hound.
