There are dozens of products on the market claiming to enhance libido naturally but before you rush to the store or break out the credit card, try these natural libido enhancers.

  1. Try some avocado dip or plain avocado. Avocados enhance male hormone production which can help to naturally increase libido in males. The potassium also helps regulate female thyroid production so this food can help both males and females.
  2. Go bananas. Because of their phallic shape, bananas are a natural aphrodisiac and their vitamin content helps in producing testosterone. They are also high in potassium like avocados.
  3. Go out for a walk or run. Cardiovascular exercise has been proven to be very effective for enhancing libido. Sex drive and sexual performance are directly linked to the circulatory and cardiovascular systems in the body and walking or running is a great way to naturally improve both of those physical aspects.
  4. Hit the weights. Strength training with weights is great for enhancing libido for a number of reasons. Strength training builds lean muscle mass and helps with weight loss. Not only will your partner be more interested but weightlifting also increases testosterone levels in the body. The exercise, health benefits and the additional testosterone help naturally increase libido.
  5. Get plenty of rest. We’re talking about getting good sleep and not overdoing it at work, the gym or elsewhere. Fatigue is a huge factor in low libido so getting plenty of rest and sleep will now only help reduce stress and fatigue but will help to enhance your libido.
