To use a neti pot, you will need:

  • A neti pot
  • Warm water
  • Mild soap or detergent
  • Salt or irrigation solution
  • Small spoon
  • Sink
  • Facial tissues
  1. Start clean. Begin the neti pot instructions by cleaning the item with mild soap and warm water. Washing the irrigation device before usage removes any debris when manufactured. An alternative is to run a dishwasher safe product for one cleaning cycle.
  2. Add water. Run the water until it has a warm temperature while pursuing neti pot instructions. Place the pot under the water to fill it.
