Portal Cheats

"Portal" cheats help gamers navigate the difficult puzzles using the portal gun with the aide of GLaDOS, a program whose motives are not entirely for your benefit. PC gamers take on the role of Chell, who has a wounded psyche, in order to work for the promise of cake and counselling. Like any mystery, things take a turn as Chell delves deeper and deeper into the test program and find more holes in GLaDOS' motives than her portal gun. The award-winning game takes more twists and turns than a pretzel as Chell works her way to freedom and recover some semblance of her sanity. Cheats for "Portal" give gamers a chance to outsmart the overgrown pocket calculator, GLaDOS, and escape the facility before it is too late.

1. Make More Sets of Portals. Chell needs every single portal to pass through the various chambers and take down the manipulative GLaDOS. Input the following cheat by opening the console with the "~" key: change_portalgun_linkage_id#, where # can be a 0, 1, 2, or 3. Now, the portal gun comes super sized by creating separate number of portals to escape those pesky chambers.
2. Make a Weighted Storage Cube to Appear. Input the following cheat by opening the console with the "~" key: ent_create_portal_weight_box. A weighed storage box will now appear to give Chell a step up against the GLaDOS program.
3. Blast Enery Balls. Chell's portal gun isn't the only tool in her tool box to put egg on GLaDOS' computer monitor. Input the following cheat by opening the console with the "~" key: fire_energy_ball. Use the energy ball to solve some of the more pressing puzzles and find a way to out.
4. Use Portals on Any Surface. Not every area of the chamber in "Portal" allows Chell to use her gun to create a way out. Input the following cheat by opening the console with the "~" key: sv_portal_placement_never_fail 1. Chell can turn the entire to a big slice of Swiss cheese and place portals anywhere to stick it to the devious computer.
5. Increase the Portal Gun's Ability. Every weapon can use an upgrade and Chell's portal gun is no exception. Input the following cheat by opening the console with the "~" key: upgrade_portalgun. Chell's portal gun now has a bag of new tricks to turn GLaDOS' program into a another bad dream\.
