People often seek quick meals for dinner. The modern lifestyle keeps people busy: working, picking up children from school, helping them to do their homework, etc.. . For all those reasons, finding quick ways to enjoy a good and quick dinner is a great help. Whether served to family or friends on a relaxing day, these easy meals for dinner are ideal to save time. 

1. Quick Cheesy Vegetable Soup Meal For Dinner  

Ingredients:

  • 1 can condensed onion soup
  • 1 can mixed vegetables
  • ½ cup Alfredo sauce
  • shredded cheese
  • garlic croutons
  1. Cook the can of condensed onion soup in a medium sized saucepan according to direccions over medium heat.
  2. Add the mixed vegetables, and simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in the Alfredo sauce, mixing well.
  4. Cook for 10 more minutes.
  5. Top each serving with shredded cheese and garlic croutons, and serve immediately.

2. Quick Taco Salad Meal For Dinner

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 can (15 oz.) black beans
  • 1 jar (16 oz.) mild salsa
  • 1 tbs. red chili flakes
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup Cheddar cheese
  • 1 small lettuce, sliced
  • 8 oz. light tortilla chips
  1. Cook the ground beef in a non-stick pan over medium heat, until brown.
  2. Add the salsa, pepper flakes, and a cup of water.
  3. Mix well, and bring to a boil.
  4. Remove from heat and add the beans.
  5. Transfer mixture into a large serving pan.
  6. Top with lettuce, sour cream, Cheddar cheese, and tortilla chips.

3. Quick Spaghetti Tomato Salad Meal For Dinner

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. spaghetti
  • 1 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • ½ cup black olives
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper
  1. Cook the spaghetti in a large pan of boiling water, until tender.
  2. Rinse under cold water, and drain. Set aside.
  3. Combine the basil, tomato, garlic, olives, vinegar and oil in a large sized bowl.
  4. Allow ingredients to stand for 10 minutes.
  5. Add the pasta, and toss well.
  6. Sprinkle the Parmesan, and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Serve immediately.

4. Quick Mushroom and Rice Meal For Dinner

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 cup mushrooms, finely chopped
  • 2 cups vegetable stock or water
  • 4 tbs. olive oil
  • sprig of tarragon or any other herb for flavoring
  1. Heat the oil in a medium sized saucepan, and brown the mushrooms over medium heat for 5 minutes.
  2. Add the rice, vegetable stock or water, and the sprig of tarragon.
  3. Cover the pan, reduce the heat, and simmer for 20 minutes, or until the water has absorbed.
  4. Serve immediately.

5. Quick Noodles And Garlic Meal For Dinner

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup noodles
  • 6 tbs. olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • ½ cup freshly Parmesan cheese
  1. Add noodles to a large saucepan of boiling water, and cook until just tender.
  2. Drain pasta, and rinse under cold water.
  3. Return noodles to the saucepan.
  4. In a small saucepan, heat the oil, and sauté the garlic until slightly crisp.
  5. Toss the oil and garlic in with the cooked noodles and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
