  7. Biliary Colic. Biliary colic occurs because of a blockage in the gall bladder. It starts with a mild pain in the right side abdominal areas that can spread to other areas of the body.
  8. Constipation. You probably already know the most common symptom of constipation. Increasing your dietary intake of fiber can prevent further symptoms.
