Roasted Asparagus Recipes

Garlic Roasted Asparagus
- 2 pounds asparagus
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
- Mix the asparagus, olive oil and garlic.
- Place in a large glass baking dish.
- Season lightly with salt and pepper, and toss.
- Bake until the asparagus are tender and lightly browned, fifteen to twenty minutes.
Roasted Asparagus
- 1 pound asparagus
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Place the asparagus on a heavy baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and toss.
- Roast the asparagus for fifteen minutes.
- Cool slightly and serve warm or at room temperature.
Parmesan Roasted Asparagus
- 2 1/2 pounds fresh asparagus
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Lay the asparagus in a single layer on a sheet pan and drizzle with olive oil.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Roast for ten minutes.
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Return to oven for five to ten minutes.
