Second Date Advice
Seeking some good second date advice is the key to building a successful relationship. Too many guys have a tendency to drop their guard during the second date. They feel that since they went to all trouble of planning a thoughtful and successful first date, they can coast through the second. To be honest, the second date is as important, if not more important, than the first date. The first date is a feeling out process; it is during the second date when she really will begin to judge and form an opinion about you.
- Plan a thoughtful and unique activity. What you did on the first date will impact what you should do on the second. For instance, if you took her out for an extravagant night on the town, plan something a little more low key, like making her dinner or a picnic in the park. Whatever you do, make sure you put some thought into it. A dinner and movie simply does not cut it.
- Keep it intimate. Great advice for a second date is to keep it intimate. Too many guys start introducing the women to their friends early on. Do not do this. Plan an activity that is meant for two, not a group.
- Get to know her. Okay, so you have made it to the second date, but chances are you do not really know anything about her. Some advice for that second date is that you should take this opportunity to get to know her. Ask her questions. Find out about her past, her goals and her family. These will be big clues about whether you will want to pursue a third date.
- Do not expect intimacy. No matter what your friends tell you, do not expect to get too intimate. Some girls move at a slower pace than others. You should not pressure her. Of course, good second date advice is that you should watch for signs. She may want you to kiss her or put your hand on her shoulders, or she may not. You have to be careful and if she seems uncomfortable or not interested, do not make any advances.
