- 6 potatoes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup butter
- salt and pepper to taste
- Peel the potatoes. Cut them into small cubes. Place them in boiling water. Cook the potatoes for about 20 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes and place in a large bowl.
- Add milk, butter and salt.
- Use a masher to smash the potatoes. A masher will give the potatoes a more old-fashion homemade taste.
