  4. HTC Arrive - The Arrive is the first Sprint phone to feature the new mobile system of Windows 7. Featuring quick access to frequently used shortcuts, such as phone calls, contacts, and social networks. The Windows 7 phone looks to be a complete redo of the previous Windows Mobile. It now at Sprint for $199.99 with a two year contract.
