Surf paddles for beginners are all about making a basic function easier. Surf paddling feels similar to walking on water. Its a great experience, and if you are a beginner, a good surf paddle will help with any step you need to get better.

  1. Sweeper. This surf paddle was made specifically for someone with entry level stand up paddle surfing skills. This surf paddle is made with a reputably tough shaft composed of aluminum. The blade has an invisible plastic reinforcement that helps with easing each and every stroke. A key feature of this surf paddle is its blade is appropriately sized for children to adults. So no matter what age you begin stand up paddle surfing, this surf paddle is for you. It is rugged, lightweight, and easy on the wallet, so don't be afraid to get out on the water and have the fear of losing it.
  2. Kanaha Elite Racer. This surf paddle is all about making stand up paddle surfing easy. Its built of carbon fiber construction, therefore, its extremely lightweight. This surf paddle was designed in order to maximize all four steps in the paddle surfing stroke, which is ideal for beginners. It also features a slightly curved tip which catches water fast and easily. So beginners can go further with each stroke, then they thought before. The dihedral contour is also a great addition for beginners because it stops the paddle from twisting too much during use. Beginners often have trouble keeping the paddle straight, however, with this paddle, that isn't a major issue.
  3. Kialoa Keiki Hinalea Adjustable SUP Paddle. This adjustable paddle is wonderful for beginners. It has a wonderful durable blade, so no matter how clumsy the beginner, the paddle can withstand any blow. Because this paddle is adjustable, it can range for the youngest of beginners to the oldest as well!
